Q. Are your products Vegetarian?

Yes! All SOS products are vegetarian. 

Allergy Advice: This product is made in a production environment that may contain peanut, cereal, crustacean, egg, fish, soybean, milk, tree nut & sulphites. 

Q. What type of Oil is used in the SOS Kitchen's products?

Canola Oil and Olive Oil are used in all SOS products.

Q. Are the SOS Thai Pastes Vegetarian?

Yes! All SOS products are vegetarian. However, they are produced in a manufacturing facility that also processes meat products. Please refer to the allergy advice above.

Q. Are your products Dairy free?

Yes! All SOS Products are dairy free. However, they are produced in a manufacturing facility that also processes dairy. Please refer to the allergy advice above.

Q. How do I use the SOS cooking pastes and sauces?

Q. Is Discolouration normal on top of the SAUCE on opening the Jar?

Yes! As our products have no preservatives and very little sugar, they tend to discolour on the top due to oxidation that occurs naturally. 

Q. Where do the ingredients used in the SOS products come from?

The SOS ingredients are all sourced locally from Singapore, A lot of the ingredients are grown in Malaysia. The habanero peppers are imported. 

Q. How long is the shelf life for the SOS products?

All our products are shelf life stable, that means that in an ambient room temperature, they have a shelf life of 24 months and don't need to be refrigerated before opening. Once opened, please consume within 30 days of opening and keep refrigerated.

Q. When will i receive my order?

We currently deliver between Monday through Saturday. Delivery for orders placed before 12pm will be done on the same day between 5 to 7pm. Delivery for orders placed after 12pm will be done the next day between 11am to 1pm or 3 to 5pm.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged.

Q. Can I place a bulk order for corporate gifting or weddings?

Yes we accept bulk order for corporate gifting with a prior notice of at least 20 days. Write in to us at sales@thesoskitchen.com and let us work around your budget. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
